She's almost done

Well - just got an email today saying our new XLR Thunderbolt 415amp will be done on February 17th. Allowing them two weeks to get it delivered to dealer and dealer to do their PDI means I should have it by the first part of March. Placed order on January 13th so not bad on timing.

I had hoped to get a truck before it was done (leasing an SUV), but looks like I'll be renting a F-350 dually locally to go to Ohio to pick it up. First trip of the year will be Ocean Lakes in Myrtle Beach. I'm so ready to get back to camping again. This will be our second fifth wheel, but first toy hauler.

I agree. I just hope it's built right. I didn't order a lot of add on such as the party patio stuff so maybe that helped.

Where so you find a 5th wheel truck for rent? How long do you plan on having that? Expensive?

Only renting it for the trip to ohio and back. Local rental company was willing to put fifth in their 2014 f350 drw which will be nice for the trip. I could of had it delivered to house, but really wanted to do my pdi at dealer.
