Shore power issues

First time tent trailer camper.
Hooked up to shore power, outlets did not work. Found 1 GFI receptacle did not look tripped. Reset and tested, outlets still did not work.
2014 Rockwood Forest River 2280bh. Any help out there?

Usually, the pole has a breaker as well. Did you check that? You wouldn't be the first to do that :-)

Also, if you have a standard 15 or 20a outlet on the pole ceck that too. You'll confirm power at the pole.

I did check the breaker at the pole (assume you mean the shower power breaker). Even flipped it a couple of times to make sure it had not tripped.

Do you have a multimeter and know how to use it?

The FIRST thing to verify is if the pedestal has power. Don't assume.
I been lots of places where we were assigned a spot where the pedestal or the water didn't work.

Have you ever camped in it before and did your outlets work?

You need to confirm power at the pole.
