NADA shows low retail as $6700 so it sounds like a good deal if it's in good shape and everything works.

Price sounds great, we had a Flagstaff 205 with A/C, toilet/shower, side mount grill, etc. and got $ 4000 for it. If the tires are original, they will probably need replacing. Happy camping!
