We are looking at a 2017 grey wolf 26dbh.... Question about the shower as my husband thought he read somewhere that the shower has regular walls and does not have a surround. Has any one else experienced this??? Worried about causing water damage!
All the shower enclosures I have ever seen are the same, plastic enclosures with overlapping seams to shed water to the drain. I have never seen one with regular walls nor could I envision a shower built this way.
Had a 2014 model. It's a surround. You'll need to caulk it, and it'll be fine.

I have a 2015 Evo (similar to GW), it has a surround. I caulked the seams for added piee of mind but to have no surround seems odd? What material is the wall then?
Here is a pic from the brochure. The walls look the same but I was told they have waterproof material on them. Kind of weirded me out also. But this is a very popular model and been this way a few years. I'm sure if it was horrible it would of been changed.
Its probably a product called Marlite. Its 1/8" masonite that is coated on one side with a white plastic. Marlite is very durable and water resistant but the edges are not.Water gets into cracks or behind it and it swells up and the coating will start peeling. When I had the marina we relpaced a lot of it on the exterior of houseboats. It is critical to keep it caulked/ sealed at all edges or cuts.
Interesting, I just did a search and found no shower surrounds on trailers since 1980s with a bunch of newer posts starting 2009. Im guessing it isnt a problem. A bunch of posts on other forums say the wall paneling is a sealed vinyl and for the occasional/periodic use that an entry level TT is meant for it is not a problem. I never would have thought.......
