Side Kick BBQ

I have a 2006 Side Kick BBQ that came with my camper. My last time out, the flame level could not be adjusted. I stayed on low. I call the manufacture and was told that the hose valve was probably broken. I asked if I could purchase a new hose valve and was told they switched the part out and it was no longer available. I would need to buy a new grill. Has anyone else run into this problem and is their a cheaper solution than buying a new grill?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

I installed this one on mine it works. It is for a Camco BBQ but fits the Side Kick.
