Silly Question

Last time we went camping, My oldest asked if we were the only crazy family who "Nicknamed" our past /present TT's?

We nicknamed our new FR Wildwood 27BHHS, "WILLIE" (hence our userid).

As some kids put it....."it makes it more funner"

1)- Do you nickname your TT/5er/MH?

If so,

2)- What is it?

We never have but our friends who bought our old motorhome named it 'Rover'. They bought a dog collar with a tag that says Rover on it and hung it on the rear view mirror.

Ours is RAYNMKR. The "I" was already taken. It's our tag name. I've been asked if I'm a weather man. Well I kinda am! It always seems to rain when we go camping. Our old Litehouse was more the Rain maker than the motorhome but we never named it. We've been very fortunate this summer. Myrtle Beach for a week, one breif shower, Ocean City for a week, so far one late night rain - lasted about 4 hours but was not bad. We've had times when it was sunny until we set up and rained until we've packed up with a sunny ride home.

Our 3 year old daughter called our trailer the "Pizza Truck", so that nickname has stuck. I initially called it the "White Whale".

We call ours "The Beast". Why? I'm not really sure, except it seemed so big when we first got it.

We never have named our TTs, 5th wheels, or the mortor home. But our GPS is named Matilda and she talks back to me sometimes. Most of the time I ignore her.

We called ours CiCi after a cat that we owned. The truck is Moby (Moby Dick, the great white whale).

We call our TT "The White Thing". Every time I look out the rear view mirror, The White Thing is following us.

We call ours "The Camper". Did you see my shoes? Still in "The Camper". Dad, did you see Winnie (stuffed animal)? Yep, still in "The Camper". Although I do have a GPS named Susan (chosen menu voice) that my wife wants to strangle.
Goes like this. Susan:You have reached your destination:. Me :Thanks Susan, you did a wonderful job as always:. Then evil eyes from my wife.

The 5th wheel is "The Camper"
The Truck is (drum roll) "The Truck"

Not original but DW's vehicle is "the car"

As to the GPS... Well, used in a sentence its:
"turn off that "piece of c..." before we hit a bridge!"

We have named our new 5er " Someday's here".
After years of saying someday we'll do this, or someday we'll do that, it seemed appropriate.
