Slide motor

Hi all,my Rockwood is going on 5 year's old having problems with my slide motor. The unit fell off the wall as the anchor screws backed out of the wall.I screwed them back in but they don't tighten. I am either going to use short anchors or move motor left or right to a different location to anchor. My question is has anyone encounter this problem?

When you figure out a fix lets us know what you did and how it worked, so we can learn from your experience.
