Slide out lube

Was wondering what is the best type of lube to use on my slideout?

Best is what you like.

Dealer said something with silicone.

So I picked WD40 with silicone I just use the tube to spray the tracks and then spray some on a clean rag and wipe down the seals.

The lite has the Schwinteck system.

Schwinteck recommends CRC Power Lube High Performance Lubricant w/PTFE, comes in 11oz can. It has twice the load carrying capacity of most general purpose lubricants.

I use dry gear lube I got at NAPA.
