Slide out with sink and stove

I am new to travel trailers (and Forums). I am going to look at a 2011 Rockwood 2607 trailer tomorrow. I have only viewed pictures of it on-line so far. It looks like a good mid-winter buy, but I have something that I wonder about. It appears that the stove, microwave and sink are all on the slide-out. It's the first one I have seen like this. Should I be concerned about having plumbing, electrical and gas appliances all moving everytime we use the slide-out?? Has anyone owned a 2607 and can advise me on this? Thanks

I don't own that particular unit, but it's not a huge concern. There are plenty of kitchen slide units out there, and we don't hear of many problems with the plumbing/electrical on them.

It's a good idea to check the plumbing and wiring occasionally to make sure the track is intact and there's no chafing.

I have a 2014 2607 and haven't had any problems. With the slide in you can go in the bathroom and look under the slide and see the water lines and wiring. Looks like they left plenty of slack in the gray line, propane, electrical and water lines. We like the 2607 because it has two entry doors and really like the lay out.

Cooker slide out.

I have a 25KS micro lite and when I checked behind the panels I found that the gas pipe was being jammed between the slide out and the frame. It also had the "squeeze marks" on it. I had to reposition the pipe in place. The problem never reoccurred but it is worth checking.

Had an '08 Roo 23SS and a '14 Flagstaff 27BESS... Both had the sink/stove/microwave on the slide. No problems with either. Did check lines/ wires occasionally, but everything was good.
