Hauling through NB Canada which is up both ways, with cross winds blowing from each side at the same time and snowing in May (last Saturday actually) is ~ 9 to 11 miles per gallon.
Hauling to the bottom of Maine (to head for the Nascar races in NH) it appears to be almost level or down hill for the most part and we get 13 to 15 depending on the gas we use. Shell supreme has given us the best mileage.
I installed an Arriad cold air intake system on the 2013 Ecoboost and a JBA performance exhaust. Switched the P rated tires to LT's and with the air deflector on I see about a 1 mile difference. High sped balanced teh trailer tires as well
Without the trailer on and running winter tires with studs the truck is getting an average of 22 miles per gallon on the highway at 65 miles an hour.
if DW is driving she gets more mileage for some reason without the trailer - she wont haul the trailer
