Solar Panel mounting screws

I just ordered a 250w solar panel kit with an inverter. The kit comes with aluminum mounting brackets and screws but I'm wondering what length of screws are needed to hold the best. Otherwise: What minimum depth is necessary for a solid mounting on the roof? I'm getting a 2703ws the first of next month. Thanks ahead of time.

More Research

On more research, it looks like there is a layer of plywood immediately under the rubber covering on roofs? I guess I don't have to worry about the screw length in the brackets holding the solar panels in place as long as they go clear into and not through the plywood? So maybe the question should be: Does anyone know the thickness of the plywood on Rockwood travel trailer roofs?

I hope to find out answers to this question and more at Goshen this August.
