We are looking at Solera 24R models and have noticed that if the model has a couch there is no outside electric step. Is this true, and why is this? All models sit on the same Sprinter chassis, are all the same height and weigh within a few pounds of each other. Can anyone explain this to me?
It turns out it is just the one at the dealership we were looking at, and the step(s) were missing! Funny that the dealer didn't notice that, along with the scratch in the dining table and the slide seal that was coming off....good luck in selling that one!
According to Forest River, all models have outside electric steps.
