Sheripoms, you need to get the #1 Hybrid mod, Popup Gizmos or the generic solar blanket versions.
just Google them for info.

everyone who gets them are greatly pleased.

I gave up on zero gravity chairs at CW after finding out that I wasn't strong enough to make them move into position. This problem isn't limited to zero gravity chairs - I have the same problem with some recliners too.

With that being said, today while still camping, we headed out to nearest Wally World. We bought a 4" memory foam topper (should've bought this when we bought our TT 2 yrs ago), additional 10' sewer hose with attachment, 12" SS frying pan, Blue-Ray DVD movie(The Hobbit, desolation of Smaug) and Easter stuff for my kid for this Sunday. First time for us celebrating Easter away from home. And yes everything got used or will be used, nothing wasteful, all items are practical

On another note we didn't hoard TPs like Terier did

Dave
The reason you didn't hoard TP is because I brought it all. At least TP is light weight and useful (sooner or later).

Bikendan, I just ordered some generic solar blankets. I need to go to Lowes? and get some reflectix board I guess for the windows.

Hey why does everyone use the reflectix board and not the light weight paper one? With the lighter weight one you could just fold them right up with your tent. You wouldn't have to take them out everytime.

Reflectix is not a board, it's a roll of basically aluminized bubble wrap.

it not rigid and can be rolled up after use.

i have no idea what you mean by lightweight paper ones.

I think you know your truly addicted, when you have more RV toilet paper in your camper, than regular TP in your house. I've been known to go to the RV and get things when I run out in the housse, since it's usually better stocked. Anybody else in this club?
Tell me more about your sliding pantry racks....

I knew someone that this was their motto, they said that is what they were told to do.

With each type of RV there are new types of things that you need (want) I can have a yard sale with all the stuff from our previous TT and 5th wheelers

Just finished upgrading the vacuum, pots & pan, silverware, towels, cup and wine glasses, dog items and towel rack. The old ones are being passed on to a friend who just inherited an older class C. I call it a fair trade!!

Herk/Lou is the one who showed me that modification, as I copied his. Let me see if I can find the forum, or he may see this and respond.

I found the forum.

http://www.forestriverforums.com/for...ets-24486.html

2 caveats.

1. The racks are from Home Depot (not Bed, bath, beyond)....as Lou confirmed with me later, and I bought them there.

2. You have to make some kind of way to lock the baskets from sliding when traveling, or they will push open the pantry door and dump out.

Thanks Bobby. DW is currently in the hospital and my mind is not on camping or anything else at the moment.

She is pretty sick at the moment as her kidneys are malfunctioning.
Hoping to get some good news soon; it has been pretty depressing so far.

Herk

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your DW. Mine was in two weeks ago with heart issues, and I can understand what you are talking about.

I did not intend to hijack this thread; just to thank Bobby.
Thank you for all your well wishes and prayers.
PM's are always appreciated and I will print them and bring them to her.

I am glad I stumbled across this thread, we've been going the same thing for our new motorhome that isn't even here yet! Have another 2 weeks probably....need to make a list of what I've already bought to reduce duplication.
Aw heck, I will just keep the receipts! Can always return the extras!

Have gotten some good ideas, I like those plateholders!

You will run out of space eventually...and then will be putting it in the already packed garage. it is an endless cycle. Enjoy

When you run out of space that means it's time for a bigger trailer or coach.

Buying camper stuff

I now have plate caddy's on order. I went with the assorted color ones. Any recommendations for stick mixers? One that would work for drinks, and smoothies.

It's raining here and since I'm off I figure I should exercise my debit card.
