Spare tire mount on Flagstaff 5er

I have a 2011 Flagstaff 5er that we are planning to trade in and I need to put the spare tire bracket back on and mount the spare. I took it off to mount a bike rack and carried the spare in the bed of the truck. I got the bracket back on but can't get the tire mounted to the bracket, if someone could take a picture of how the tire mounts to the bracket that would be great.

Found a photo from our 2010 8280WS tire mount which I modified to mount in the basement. One bolt fits through a lug hole and the other through the center hole with a length of flat bar across them.

Here you go. Lug hole goes on top bolt and then the bracket goes on the top hole and on the bolt sticking thru the hub hole.
