Spare tire mounting

Hi everyone
Just bought a 2015 grey wolf 26BH. It has a fold down rack on the back bumper to allow to.carry more gear. When it is in the up position it has two holes to mount a spare tire. I have attached a photo. I thought this would be easy but I have been to several places to look for a bracket or something to match up the holes but no luck. Both places tried to sell.me a kit that mounts on the bumper.... does anyone have any suggestion? Spare tire is st205/75r14
Thanks!

Go to Amazon and under automotive parts, punch up spare tire mounts. Lots will show up, and all have multiple mounting holes, and I'm sure you could bolt one onto your mount using holes that are already there. They range from about $35 and up.

If I was doing this I would go to a hardware store and buy two carriage bolts the same diameter as the wheel studs and however long they would need to be to fit thru two of the wheel holes.

One bolt in the long slot and another in one of the other two so they line up with wheel holes.
With the bolt in the bracket hole place a washer and then a nut and tighten.

Same thing for the slotted hole, place the spare on the tight one and align the slot bolt with another wheel hole should be an open hole at the top center.
Make sure the wheel is on the bracket square if it is good then tighten the slotted bolt nut :note: more than one washer mat be needed on each bolt to snug them up.

After all is square and tight use a couple of lug nuts to hold the tire on.

Spare tire cover?

Ford, I like your idea better than mine, and a lot cheaper too.
I would suggest using at least grade 5 bolts, washers, and locking nuts.

AHHH, glad I was able to post what I was thinking in an understandable fashion, sometime that comes out poorly....

I think it would work fine as long as all is tight, Loctite thread lock?

If he were to use lock nuts than Locktite wouldn't be necessary. Yeah, you were understandable...sometimes it just takes a different view of the problem to come up with the simplest solution.
