Step i made

while on vacation this last winter...Click image for larger version

ID:	13231Here is a step i made after we had moved from a site with a concrete patio.. Its base has a 2x4x8 (cut by the guy a home depot ) and a 1/2 thick piece of plywood also from cut by the guy at home depot.. the black paint..came from walmart 1 pint can.=3 coats ..and i used from sand from St.augustine beach to make it anti-skid on top ..total cost with screws $20..

I have to make one when we get home they are not cheap at the rv store

Interestingly... DW and I were just talking about how our step isn't wide enough (deep?) to step on natually. Coming down you have to be REAL careful not to fall.
We were wondering if it could be replaced with a larger one or should we look to add a bigger bottom step under this one?
