Storage compartment lid

Hi all. I have a 2006 Georgetown Class A (pictured) and I need to get a storage compartment lid off to fix a dent. This picture shows the back storage compartment and how I have to lift it up to get into the storage area. I hit a pot hole and bent the bottom of the lid. Does anyone know how to remove the lid from the compartment. Thank you. Mel
