storing for winter

I live in Pennsylvania and will be storing my Georgetown Class A in an underground mine for the winter. The temperature is constant at 55 degrees. I am told that I need to control the moisture inside the coach for mold and mildew. Does anyone have tips or suggestions on best to do that? Thanks Ron

Have you seen/talked with other rig owners that park underground?
Mould and mildew would definitely be a concern.
Electricity available or not?
Fuel tank full?
Batteries left on rig?

No I have not, but that is a good idea. I will see if I can find someone that has stored their unit there in the past.

Not sure which underground you are using, I am looking at Brady’s, they have climate controlled area, steady 65 degrees, 65% humidity. Costs extra but worth it.

65% humidity isn't bad.

We've stored in northern CA, not a dry area. A few trays of kitty litter will help absorb moisture. Keep it sealed up inside, no windows cracked. You can also keep some soap/water in the toilet bowl and sink traps.

I've heard that people who leave their RV's in FL in the summer (high humidity) also celophane seal the toilets which can dry out
