This site is wonderful. Went camping this weekend and dipped down into the 30's. Must have a propane leak (another story) and only way to heat camper was by fireplace-only no manual no remote. Happened to have my Kindle and could get on this website was able to find out how to manually turn it on. Made it nice and toasty-thanks everyone for all your helpful solutions.

I got to agree that site is helpful and happy to hear that everything worked out.
