We had our list of times like many others.
1, Slide Slippers replaced
2. Back right lower metal was bent by a metal post at my storage, I hit it, they fixed it
3. Defective LED lights

replaced that interfere with TV reception
4. Biggie for me was axle lift kit. I have clearance issues with the LT tires/box clearance/ inability to lower hitch in the truck otherwise I would hit the box also more load on the back axle. They came through and installed the lift kit, no more issues and it tows level.

A great hard working crew from Rockwood did the work. Forest River as company has earned my respect and Bob you often take a lot of complaints and flak from many, we are delighted with the Experience and being in the Phrog Pond was fun too!

Brian and Bette.

I am truly thankful I own a Forest River product. Special thanks to Randy and his great team of techs and to Leo and his team for all the efforts in coordinating the massive undertaking of servicing 508 RV's at the rally. Without the efforts of Bob and Cindy none of this would have happened.

We had many items serviced:
-outside shower faucet and handle were leaking and were replaced
-power cord plug was separated from the cord and was replaced
-slide topper got torn in Kansas wind and was replaced
-another slide topper had to be readjusted
-faucet in bath tub/shower needed to be replaced
-power steps needed repair and Lippert came and replaced the entire unit
-a section of the Diamond Shield in the front of the coach was peeling off and that was replaced
-I questioned Dometic as to how noisy our front A/C unit was and is this considered normal. They came and inspected the system and said the compressor motor was louder than expected and have authorized my dealer to do a full replacement at no charge.

If and when the time comes for me to buy another RV you can rest assured it will be a Forest River Product. I know of no other company that takes such good care of their customers as does Forest River.
Marty

Turbs:

We had problems with no air flow to the heater vent in the bedroom. Rockwood guys dropper the bottom, opened up the duct and found -

A Giant Mouse Nest!! made up of shredded paper towels.

Must have happened the first winter, I had found a similar nest under the kitchen sink and under the drawer in the bedroom dresser,

What did they find your problem was?

1. They reattached the awning brackets on 2 awnings that I had damaged by almost pulling them off getting to close to a big garbage container.
2 attached a new side step handle that was also damaged
3. Replaced the rear power stabilizer unit that I had kinked by lifting the front jack when rear stabilizers were down. Saved me about $1000.
4. Put a metal strap under the front underbody that had come loose

And besides...it was a great time!
