Only 1? I guess I would go with the roof-mounted, auto-lock satellite dish. DH would probably choose solar or larger gray/black tanks.

Hot and cold running maids......... Oh....... no....... well, since I can't say, buy a new one, how 'bout if I had just bought a different one? OK... still doesn't work for the thread... so ... bigger gray tanks...

Upgrade the swivel/rocker chairs. I'd like them tall enough to lean my head back on.
