I wash mine every spring and fall, then apply a coat of this:



It goes on and comes off like wax, but my experience is that it protects longer.

both, I have mine is under an RV shelter at the local storage place. It's pretty awesome keeps it dry but at the same time open to air so no mold, I just hose it off once a month.

I've camped 3 summers, covered 3 winters. Haven't ever washed nor waxed. Still looks just fine to me.

Just got a Goldline cover, haven't put it on yet. Here in Florida the sun will destroy anything unprotected, cover is a necessity.
