Yes, it's a shock when you get the phone call that says you have cancer. I've been through it too. Prostate. Still don't have a clear bill of health. But I know what you are going through. Never thought it would happen to me. It was always somebody else right? Hang in there man.

I will add you to my prayer list, and that of my S.S. Class.

Mike, you got more prayers coming from here at the base of the Blue Ridge in good ol' Virginia. I betcha you've got a very diverse and spread out prayer chain, as us RVers tend to move around a lot.

Hey folks,

I spoke with Mike yesterday afternoon and he is doing fine (considering) one week after his first chemo treatment. His main complaint is getting tired real fast. He begins his second round of chemo today.

Continued thoughts and prayers for Mike and Glennette are appreciated.

Thinking 'bout you Mike !! I was in the hospital for two weeks (14 days) and was feeling really down. I dropped 24 lbs and they would only give me IV nourishment. I'm sure many here have stories of the same.

The one thing that made it so much better was when my wife smuggled in my lap-top and I could read stuff my friends had posted. I was able to watch DVD's and read trailer related "fun-stuff."

Keep up the fight...this too will pass. Way too much stuff in the world yet to see !!
