This happened years ago at a country music fest, DW and I woke up in the morning to an argument next to us. It went something like this,female voice "Let's just enjoy the weekend... It will be fine.... It's not that big of deal........ So what if we forgot the tent." I imagined the only male response was "".

Forgot the Dog!! Our Bischon. Got about 10 miles and he is usually on the DW lap. When I asked where is "Squeeker," all I got was this blank look. I thought.............., she thought............. Terrible to get old and senile at the same time!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We will be using our new rv for the first time in a week. We've never rv'd before and you guys are scarin' me. I figure that as long as I have coffee and beer I should be OK.

We have forgotten the usual eggs, mustard, pots or pan. when we got our first TT I think we the kids thought going into town to find a Walmart was part of the trip. When I was younger and camping with my grandparents we had stopped at a picnick area for lunch and as we were about to leave my grandmother decided to go into the camper to the restroom. My granddad and myself looked back as we were pulling out and saw my cousins juMping and waving. Back before cell phones not sure how long it would have been before we realized my grandmother was not following us.

We have a pack list!! It's a doc file that sits on the desktop of our PC.
Before any trip we print it and lay it on the kitchen counter. As items are packed they get scratched off.

This list is modified over the years as "must have" items come and go.

It includes food and drink as well as dry items like camera, cell charger etc...
Also some checks like tire pressure and LP.

ALSO take a note pad and writing device! Take notes of things you need
to bring next time or items that need attention B4 the next trip.

2. Sewer Hose about 50'
3. Leveling Blocks and now Anderson Levelers
4. Wheel Chocks
5. AC adapters 50 to 30 and 30 to 110

X2, the rest can be purchased. We have gotten about a mile or 2 down the road and gone back to make sure we closed the garage doors because neither one of us could remember if we closed them. Now we don't leave the drive without double checking. CRS works great with age.

Ha ha, just checking. You have adapters from 50 amp to 30 amp, and 30 amp to 110 amp. I know 15 amp.

Just sounded funny. I have a 30 amp system, but have 50 amp to 30 amp, 15 amp to 30 amp, as well as a 30 amp to 15 amp so if I need to check a pedestal for proper voltage with my tester.

You folks are hilarious...and to those who forgot their wives you are something else!

We, too, have driven a few miles and each couldn't remember if the garage door was closed so had to double-back just to be sure.

One time, we didn't close the fridge at the house all the way and everything inside was bad after our 3-day camping trip.

Now we have a routine of checking the house stuff (temperature setting, sprinkler system off, lights off, fridge and garage door closed.)

Ah Man! I hope you towed the dog house with you too. Think I would'a just drove back and dropped the dog out with the key around its neck and kept on going. (whew!)
