The northern part of the Oregon Coast, near Cannon Beach is gorgeous, we go there several times each year. We were supposed to be there today, but bought a new house and am moving.

Daughter and grandkids are going in our place.

The Olympic Peninsula is a beautiful place to go to. Did that a few years ago with a small TT. Hope to do it again in the near future.

Take a rain jacket.

Check out the Russian GAZ-66 flatbed truck, with wood stove, "RV."

No problems with hills, mud, rocks or potholes. Might be some other issues....

Apparently so. The painter was working on the trailer when we pulled in.

Here is another one of those all-terrain RVs. This picture was taken August 2016 in Minnesota's Blue Earth State Park.

Touring the West Coast

Lovely family of four, including a son over 6ft tall, from Yorkshire, England. They rented this van in Vancouver and drove to Los Angeles. They all slept in the tent on the roof.

I think you mean Blue Mounds State Park? I would like to point out to others that this park has a herd of bison which you can view! However, is currently under a drinking water advisory, so you have to get fresh water at the entrance station or you can fill your water tank at one of the other state parks nearby.

Pigeon Forge area.
Probably see it in the left lane on the interstate. Dang I hate seeing a Prius in the left lane slowing everyone down. (Sorry for the rant. Pet peeve)

Most that I see are doing about 15mph less than everyone else and doing it in the left lane. Ticks me off.

Common in New York State to see the Prius being driven like a BMW - i.e. 15 to 20 MPH over the limit.

I think it has something to do with "Compensating"

Things you don't like to see in an RV park. This looks like a case of forgetting to raise the tailgate.

At least it was only a door. They can have that shipped and replace it themselves. Easy one.
