Amazingly they had what they needed to hook up his little car and off they went. Wish I had a picture of that.

I have seen some interesting rig at the fort they are unrestricted. During spring break there was someone who had an early 90s class a painted black with sculls and stuck air brushes all over it. Kind of looked like a rock band tour bus.

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day —teach a man to fish and you feed him for life !! Just as well have your house with you when you fish. I like it.

We do it all the time - but we don't fish - it interferes with beer drinking.

Wheew! That photo just awakened some long-dormant brain cells.

About 1964 I worked for a demolition company and got assigned to make the run from the demo site to the landfill with an Autocar dump truck. 4 speeds, none with synchromesh and a wimpy gasoline engine. It really advanced my talents of double clutching.

The air brakes hardly worked, so I had quite a ride down long hills. I would have given half my salary for a diesel with a Jake brake. I probably got a few angels early retired for work over-and-above the call of duty.

Russell

Give a man fire and he is warm for one night. Set a man on fire, and he is warm for the rest of his life.

I like my version better.

Tim

There is one in the parking lot of the grocery store I shop at, out near the gas pumps. I see people using it quite often.
