Very cool DIY school bus. No idea what the “turret” on top was . This was at Badlands Park.

Lastly... this one I just don’t get. This guy was pulling into the RV park pulling a trailer that had a pop up TENT fully setup and somehow attached to a trailer. This make sense to someone?

There was a another thread about one. They are ice fishing rigs. They drop down on the ice to keep the wind out from under. I don't know more than that being a Florida boy.

Yes that is an ice fishing hut or trailer. You drop it down to the sit on the ice. There are pieces of the floor that lift out and you drill a hole in the ice and fish from your bunk. Lots of those in Minnesota and Wisconsin etc.

It is Ice Castle RV fish house they are made to go onto the lake ice in the winter and go ice fishing. It drops to the ice and there are holes in the floor that you can fish through. In MN they are all over the place.

Yep, I know enough to recognize it as an ice fishing trailer. But can anybody explain why a trailer designed for ice fishing needs an A/C unit?

Just because it lower down for ice fishing doesn't mean you can't use it in the summer.

They're fully equipped TT's.

Versatility for use other than ice fishing. The same reason a trailer in South Florida has a furnace.

I use the heat once in a while. Lol. I do feel for the people who have to winterize this early though.
