Three nights of camping in the new Sandpiper

The big day finaly came. Our camper a 2009 Forest River Sandpiper 332 RLD was delivered to our lake spot , leveled, plumbed, and setup. The dealer sent a very knowledgeable guy! We got a second walk thru on everything, which really helped as we had forgotten a lot.

So far its a love affair. We found almost nothing to complain about at this point. Maybe the shower was a little disappointing, the tech said we have the one where you have to change out the whole faucet to get more flow, but we found it adequate for present.

Looking forward to years of happy camping in our Sandpiper.

Rog...I fixed the links. The first one had too many http://'s and these had none. There has to be one at the start...then it works fine.

PS...I love your cord receptacle! Was that standard, or optional? I tried to get our dealer to modify ours (we have the cord stuff compartment style) with that type...but they were at their limit with our deal already and would pay. I'd still like to change it over...as the cord is a superhighway for ants to enter the trailer. (what a pain!) It's on my list of mods.

Also...how stable is your trailer inside? Any movement? I think they put a few more cement blocks under ours.

Where do you have it set up? Looks very nice. I wish we had places like that down in my area of Texas.

A big thankyou to you, Pete for fixing the photos. No computer wizard here!
The power cord? We opted for the 50 amp service, and this detached cord came with it. I noticed the same Model in 30 amp and it had the stuff power cord. My old trailer had that, and I didn't like it either. Not so much an ant problem, but we had a mickey mouse plastic around it, that I had to tape up to keep critters out in our seasonal location.

toshiba, where am I? My seasonal spot is at the NorthWest Angle, MN.
For those not familar, this is as far North as you can get, and still be in the continental USA. You have to drive through about 35 miles of Canada to get there. You cross the International border twice. The second crossing is only a sign in the woods, if you can believe that? Check in is by video phone once arriving at the Angle. Its on the Northern End of Lake of Woods, lots and lots of islands, we love it.
Minnesota's Northwest Angle was created by accident, tethered to mapmakers' hazy conceptions of the origins of the Mississippi River. When the river turned up south of where they expected, the border dropped down too, leaving an isolated piece of the U.S. up north. Today, that piece is home to some 100 year-round Minnesota residents, who say the beauty of the place is without equal, and the living has never been easy.

It's just fine Pete. They blocked it as you can see ahead of the wheels. I can feel a little flex in the kitchen and a minor squeak if I work at it, but were happy. This is a new campgound, and I imagine things will move around and I will be adjusting for awhile.
