Tire Question - What would you do??

Bought our 2010 Flaggstaff 26ft RLSS in spring. Super happy with camper but have read alot of stories about tires. Our date codes on the 2010 were 2008. Even though it looks like the camper has never sat outside, better safe than sorry - we bought new Maxxis UE168 LT's to put on the camper. These are the exact tires we were looking for and are apparently hard to find. Checking the date codes we were disapointed to see that one of the four tires was made mid 2011. So, what would you do ?? Argue and demand a newer tire even though this one is new, just made a couple of years ago?? Just go with it knowing that these tires have never seen the road? Advice needed please. Much appreciated!!

Storage in a warehouse is dramatically different than it being exposed to sun and weather which is what kills tires. Don't worry about it, do your same visual inspections that you should do before trips and all should be well.

I would demand an exchange for a newer tire. 3 yrs of a useful life of 5 is already gone even before the tire hits the ground.

If the tire dealer was able to get 3 of the 4 tires with a more current build date...I'd ask them to find a newer tire to replace the 2011 stamp code tire.

and if that doesn't work you could also consider buying a new new tire and using the old new one as a spare (providing you can buy one more). It could get you out of a jam. I think they should replace it though.
