toilet while in storage

I just got back from N. Carolina visiting the grandkids. So time to put the trailer back in the storage lot (outside in the Florida heat).
Should anything be done to lube the gasket in the toilet? Any residual water will soon evaporate leaving the rubber seal exposed. Wondered if it would dry out?

Many people just use baby oil. This is what our dealer told us to use and it works well (much cheaper than the drain valve lubricant). I just pour a little in the bottom of the bowl when the trailer is going to sit for a few weeks.

I was about to ask the same question. So baby oil is ok?

What does everyone else use?

I just leave a good amount of water in the toilet while it's in storage. The water doesn't evaporate all that fast. If it's going to be stored for a long time I go out to check on the level and add more water if necessary.
