***Update***

It was determined that the water penetrated through the outside kitchen door. There are 4 screws that are located along the bottom seal. The adjuster removed those screws to find rust.

Comprehensive Allstate insurance covers the trailer.

It is being deemed a total loss due to the amount of work that would have to be completed.

Great news on the coverage. sucks its a write off.

I just replaced my awning screws with new ones (keeping the old ones just in case)
and backed filled the holes with silicone and resunk new screws wiping the excess sealer around the heads.
water does so much damage so fast that you have to keep up on maintenance every time you turn around
