Go to this website (Ram Trucks - Towing Capacity Chart). On the right side is a red arrow that says "look up my vehicle". Enter your VIN and you'll get a listing of all standard and optional equipment and I think it even gives payload and towing capacity numbers.

All the 8 speed hemis have exterior transmission cooler if you have a factory tow hitch and wiring. The 8spd is not like transmissions of yesteryear so that logic does not apply. Your truck actually has a heat circuit to get the transmission up to 200 faster, that's where it wants to be. Less parasitic loss in the drive train when the fluid is hot, so better mileage and more efficient.

I have the 6 speed transmission in my 2012 f150 and it's normal operating temp is 195-201 everyday driving unloaded. It might take a half hour to get up to temp though. Towing 6k pounds in the mountains on a steep grade I've seen 208 briefly, which is perfectly in the safe range (manual Guage still below half, digital readout showing 208). Not sure if the ram let's you monitor it besides the manual Guage like the ford, but I wouldn't sweat it. Unless you are towing at the limit of your truck it shouldn't be anything to be concerned with. And it's new, if there is an issue, the warranty will fix it.
