Travel Trailer Bottom Fell Off

At some point while driving down the interstate the front fiberboard underbelly of my 2015 Surveyor 201RBS fell off. By the time I pulled into the campsite the only thing left of the front part was a thoroughly torn up portion wrapped over the front axle. I crawled up underneath with a pair of kitchen shears and lopped it off, but now the underbelly of the front half of the trailer is exposed underneath. I can see the white water tank and a bunch of tubes and wires. Does this happen often and what are my options for getting it fixed? Is it something that would be covered on the warranty? Thanks.

Should be covered under warranty. I just replaced some missing screws in mine a couple of days ago.
