Trimline screen room

Greetings from Canada. This is my first post with this forum. In 09 we took a road trip to Iowa and purchased our 2010 Flagstaff 206 LTD and love it. After tenting for 35+ years this was a welcomed upgrade. The Flagstaff came with a Trimline Awning with zippers to attach a screen room. This year we travelled to the Catskills NY and stopped at Syracuse NY Camping world and purchased a Dometic/Trimline screen room for our pop up. I never removed it from the box to install it because there was no mosquitos. When I returned back to Canada (mosquito capital) I attempted to install it. The screen room is velcro not zippers. I called Dometic who informs me all aftermarket screenrooms are velcro and not zippers. Has anyone any advice or solution to this issue.

Attach velcro to the zippers? Actually that might be a good idea.

Trimline Screen Room

I got my dealer to throw in a Dometic Trimline Screen room in with my 2012 Rockkwood pup purchase. It has three zippers across the top which fit perfectly into my awning.
