We own a Trilogy and the air is a bit noisy but not horrible I have heard louder, as far as the inverter is only for the fridge , there is a dynamax trilogy forum on this site if you scroll down a little further,also you can visit our blog site ( link at bottom of page) the DW has a video of the interior and I have done one of some of the mechanicals and the outside
