I would go back to the factory service people with this problem.

The factory probably installed the wrong springs or something of that nature.

My Forest River Rockwood came with 3 rims that matched the VIN tag and 1 that didn't, so they do make mistakes at the factory.

**update**

Hello All..

Thanks for all the replys.... Well I haven't had the chance to go to the dealer yet....But I was able to move the camper out and go under to check things out. The tags on the axles seem to match what the sticker shows for axles. So I am not sure whats wrong.... It has the right size tires... and we don't carry much stuff, so I know we are not over loading it....

I took a few pic's if anyone wants to see....

From looking at your photo, the spring packs may be too light for your trailer weight. The spring pack should have more of an arch.

Rick,
Check with Palmer Spring Co‎. in Providence or Arcand Spring Co Inc‎ in Cranston. Both service RVs and should be able to let you know if the spring pack on your trailer is too light.

I had a similar problem with my Cherokee TT. Turns out the springs were not strong enough for the weight rating of the trailer. I had new springs installed with a higher weight rating and it solved the problem. Check your tires for wear and replace if there is any non road wear.
