TV signal - troubleshooting

We've lost the antenna signal. Hoping for some troubleshooting steps. We've got a Vibe with the standard roof crank antenna. We seem to have lost after using the cable hook up.
Thanks in advance.

As you switch from cable to Over The Air (OTA) antenna you need to do a couple of things.

1) the antenna booster must be turned on for OTA watching and turned off got cable.
2) When changing from one source to the other go into the tv menu and switch the tv to whichever source you wish to watch, then do a channel scan. You will need to do a channel for both sources. After this is done at each campground location you should be able to switch from either without performing a channel scan. Also, because digital OTA tv signals are directional, you will need to point your OTA outside antenna at the stations before you perform your channel search,
3) Best and easiest way to determine which way yo point your OTA antenna is to look at other rv's in the campground and copy them. There ate other methods such as using your computer or a phone APP.

Depends on your model.
Didn't your dealer show it, during the PDI/walkthrough? If not, BIG fail by the dealer.
Should be on the coax plate.
Little black button and led light.

Did you go to the tv menu and rescan under the Air choice?
