Talking Type of paint forest river uses?

Hi, I'm thinking of buying a sunseeker and I'm thinking about getting the full body paint. Anyone here know what type of paint they use. Is it like the one they use for automobiles? Thanks

If you're repainting the entire RV, it doesn't have to be the same type.
Any quality paint & body shop will suggest a good paint.

Mike, this is actually a double post from the OP. He is looking at buying a NEW RV not repainting an old one and was wondering about the paint used on them...

I am sure that Forest river uses the lowest quality paint they can get.

The paint used on my Georgetown came from BASF-Diamont

Actually FR does not do the painting that I am aware of. It is my understanding that it is done by a separate company. I have found our full body paint to be VERY well done with good materials. The detail was very good and I was surprised to see fades where one color fades into another which is a detail I did not expect. I was also very surprised that our Georgetown came with Invisibra on the entire front from the window down to protect against rock chips. I for one am very impressed with the quality of the paint job.

Just got back from a week at the beach. I'm recharged!!!
Funny thing I opened my shed to put away the tow bar and I saw the touch up paint that I received with the coach. I just typed the info from the bottles.
