Red face Underbelly Questions

My TT is a FR Sierra T-291RL - 2008

The underbelly got flooded because of a line under the bathroom sink.

I have remove the corrugated underbelly wrap but the Darco along the underbelly sides is sealed with no evident way of removal, Probably due to the sequence of trailer construction.

First, I've been told that there may be insulation under the Darco that is soaked, and that this should be removed asap.

I plan to carefully slice out the Darco, remove the insulation, let the area dry out for most of the summer and then re-insulate in late summer. Does this make sense?
After placing the new insulation in there, I would cover it with new Darco but!!!

I can't find anyplace that sells this Darco Product. It is supposed to be breathable and a good product. Anyone know where to get it for a do it yourselfer?

What else could I use if I can't find Darco?

The dealer I use wants over $1000 to do the job and I just believe I should be able to do it for less.

Thanks
Geoff
