Upgrade to component or hdmi in 2016 Surveyor

First post to this forum! We recently got this larger rig that has a Sony DVD player and a np brand sound bar with built in radio/ components and, as usual they used the least expensive cabling for connecting to the tv, which I changed to a Visio smart TV, and would like to upgrade the cabling too. The DVD is held down with Velcro...industrial strength, not the cheap imitation! So it was really stuck in place! I was able to remove it though. The sound bar, on the other hand is in a smaller space and when I try to pull it loose, it pulls the panel it's attached to. I'm assuming it's also held with the Velcro but don't know for sure. Under it is the fireplace so no access there.i don't want to break the panel, but I'd like to get the unit out if possible. Has anyone done this? Any suggestions?
TIA

The sound bar in my Surveyor is held down by two screws from underneath. I don't have a fireplace so it is easy to get to in mine.

We have the same set up in our Surveyor 5th wheel. That fireplace comes out really easy. Pop off the frame and there you go. Sound bar held with screws from underneath in our rig.
We upgraded equipment in ours and it was great to know what's behind the fireplace.
Good luck and happy trails!
