Upgraded tow vehicle

I upgraded my tow vehicle from a 1500 to a 3500 SRW with a Cummins. I have not towed with it yet but it has to do better than the 1/2 ton does. I am pulling a 32' travel trailer but will upgrade to a 5th eventually.

Congrats! Mines not a 3500 but I pull a 35' windjammer and driving through the Texas hill country is a breeze. Had a F150 previously (and smaller trailer)... days of white knuckle driving are behind me!

Very nice rig! You will never use anything else now. What year is it? They have some nice tuners out for the diesels and they can be beasts! My 2010 Dodge 3500 was deleted and tuned and what a difference!!!

What kind of WDH do you have?

It's a 2016. I have owned nothing but Dodge products since 1996 and don't plan on switching anything soon. This is my 3rd diesel but first 6.7. I am using a Pro-pride hitch but a 5th wheel is in our future.

Nice. I have a 2003 5.9 and 2010 6.7. I have gone over to the Duramax side since 2014. I really love them all but for me and my butt, I live the GM seats the best for long trips.

I still have the 1500, my wife drives it every day. This will do double duty as my new company truck and tow vehicle.
