Use your spotter!

We just got back from a short weekend out at the lake. We thought we would try out a new state park and found the sites were a bit tight. It took a bit of maneuvering to get in and set up. The weekend was great until we had to leave. Getting out looked a lot easier then getting in so I pulled out with a wide right turn . . . no problem (or so I thought). It wasn't until we got home that I found a good scrape on the lower side panel of out trailer. Upon refection, I decided the only thing I could have brushed up on was the campsite number post next to the road. Never felt a thing. I guess its time for a little dent pulling and some touch up paint. The moral of the story is if you use your spotter and its tight getting in, use them getting out and don't assume your good to go.

Yes, my wife always watches to make sure I clear everything regardless of whether or not it was tight getting in. I'm sure that left a sick feeling when you noticed it.

Well...on the bright side, you don't have to worry about that first dent anymore.
