Used 2012 Flagstaff ultra lite

We are looking to buy a used RV from
A dealer and I'm trying to figure out the roof (if it's ok) best guess it's rubber but with a vinyl skin covering it. My question is Should the skin and rubber part be stuck together because they are very much separate peices. Like a sheet on a bed it moves side to side. Thankfully, the roof doesn't give inward but just wondered am I looking at a costly fix in the future.
Also the slider squeaks really really loudly.... What the best way to maintain the lining and the gears on that so they last longer.
Lastly, there is one small bubble has anyone had one that wasn't due to water damage?
Thank you in advance,
Mother of 3 boys

The roof as you explain it should not be 2 pcs like a Bed sheet! The Roof of a RV is the "LIFE" of it,also Very costly to replace! Just a Wild Guess but I/You should Pass on buying it! Youroo!!
