Used 5th wheel prices. where to get good numbers?

My wife and I have made the decision to eliminate all of our debt in an attempt to save money and afford to build a new home in a few years. I looked on NADA.com and their prices seamed higher that what I was expecting.

We have a 2011 Sabre 32BHOK-6 with just about every option. 3 bunks, solid surface counter tops and all the goodies. stored indoors. remainder of 5yr warranty.
Anyway.

This unit stickered for $49K and they told me I should put it up for sale at about $33K and a reasonable sale would be $29K
Does that seam fair?

What other sites could I look at.

Thanks
Tony

RV Dealers have their own blue book for used rv values and I think they come out about 3x/year. If your really wanting to get these true values, probably worth your $50 to purchase a copy (think you can find them under NADA website).

Surprisingly, our RV's drop in price dramatically the first 2-3 years so your pricing sounds right but ultimately our sed rv's are only worth what a buyer is willing to pay us...Good Luck!

I have read on this and the Excapee's forum that the NADA prices are high and you wil be able to buy Rvs for less then the NADA. Good Luck

I think it depends on the market. I sold a 5 year old tt in Atlanta 2 years ago for NADA. I may have gotten lucky. Good luck.
