My daughter is a brain tumor/cancer survivor- the tumor type was an ependymoma and I'm her dad.

At least I think I am.

In the early days of internet/email I could not find an easy email name that used any form of my given name - Dennis.

Behind me was a radio playing the song 'Poor Poor Pitiful Me' by Linda Ronstadt...hence I became "pppitiful"

My name on a street rod forum is Cruzin Okie. So when I needed a name for here, I just adapted it to Rollin Okie. I love it when the wheels of my 5th wheel are rolling. Oh yes, I was born in California, while my folks were working there from Oklahoma. Thus Okie!!

Mine is real simple: MZODARG= First letter of my first name and my last name spelled backwards.

Came up with this when I about 13 and needed a name for Dungeons and Dragons it's stuck with me for 42 years.

I'm a retired Navy Surface Warfare Officer who got a big ship USCG merchant marine license - a professional mariner. And everyone in Naples at Fleet Landing knew my name (Hey Joe, wanna buy a watch?).

Flightmike came from the first forum I ever joined. It’s a drone forum, hence the name Flight Mike.
Plus I have a hard time remembering all the user names and passwords so I have to keep it simple for a simple mind.

German for Three Dogs.

Tip of the hat to my lovely bride who is a born and raised Bavarian.

Also because the camper doesn't make it out of the yard without these three hoodlums.

n-e-d = ned

My father was Ed to everyone and I'm a junior. Mom decided I wasn't going to be called junior or butch(my fathers choice, like the haircut we all had until high school) so SWMBO decided on ned and its still ned

Dustmaker

No, it has nothing to do with dirt bikes, 4 wheeling, or anything else like that...

Dustmaker comes from when I use to do a little wood working in the basement (no so much anymore) so had dust everywhere as hard as I tried to contain it. Then on top of that I have psoriasis, so I tend to leave "dust" everywhere I sit and scratch

It's our geocache name. We usually geocache when camping so I thought it would be fitting here. (We don't loot camp sites

Ha, fortunately she's super cute. The same with the boy... hell, it's what keeps him alive some days!

Yep, it's quite the story but we have the fairy tale ending with being able to have and hold her today. She's side effect free and is truly a joy to be around. Sadly, we have friends from that journey who live nightmares.

But that (and a couple of other life events) gave us the "intestinal fortitude" to make the jump for something like fulltiming.

I've actually been debating changing my screen name. It was a huge part of lives for so long, but now it's just another chapter in our story.
