Utah National Parks To Reopen

Utah has announced it will foot the bill for reopening their National Parks. Other states may follow.

Arizona attempted to do that with the Grand Canyon due to it's economic impact on business, and was told by the Feds that they couldn't do it.

I hope Utah has better luck, and maybe Arizona can learn how they do it.
