Lightbulb Vanity sink in shower stall?

Since we only have a toilet and shower stall in our bathroom, I was thinking of making some sort of removable sink to be able to was our hands without going out to the kitchen. I would use the shower head as a water spout over a small plastic removable sink and have the waste water simply drain down the stall. Maybe suspend the sink using 2 spring loaded bars across the stall, or use bars with suction cups, or build something out of PVC pipes???

Has anyone, with a similar setup, come up with something like this? I'm open to all ideas. Thanks.

first thought would be a piece of 1/2" nylon cutting board material 18" x 18" or whatever you choose you can get this at restaurant supply houses or just buy a nylon cutting board at walmart or whereever, cut a whole in the center to accommodate a stainless steel mixing bowl"also available at the restaurant supply, you could mount the nylon to the all with stainless steel piano hinge and stainles screws. this could fold down out of the way, all that is left the support, you could also use a collapsable hinge from a counter top extension do lower the sink top. this should all be easy and relatively in expensive.

Thanks for your input. I never thought of a collapsable counter top using a hinge. I'll have to keep that in mind while brainstorming on ideas.

How about a frame of PVC pipe. Top with with MARINE grade plywood, 3/8 or so, then cut a hole for a surface mount plastic sink. Mount a small board on the plywood vanity top to hold your shower head for a faucet. Don't glue the pipe together so it can be marked and taken apart for storage. Slip a piece of rubber pipe on tailpiece for a drain, no "J" trap required.
