Great point - thanks! May even do a 50 amp plug since I already have a 50 to 30 pigtail.

Long delay on updating this thread. We did put up the AllSteel building last fall. See first picture. Building is 18 x 40 with 12' side walls. Had it built with three full walls and the parts for a fourth wall (used this material to build the doors mentioned below).

More recently, over the last 2 weeks, I finally got around to adding power and compressed air (second pic). Also got a good start on the front doors (last 2 pics). They are designed to preserve the full height of the opening 14'2" at the center) whereas a traditional overhead door would have take clearance down to 11'.
Still some work to do reinstalling front trim, installing top panels on doors, cleaning up the cutoff saw dust.
Hopefully this info will be helpful for anyone else contemplating a building like this.
