We have the same questions on our Hemishere 263RL. No one seems to be able to tell us the password. I have been able to use it like a typical tablet but not pirate it to put down the stabilizers, awning, lights or slide as advertised. Not a big deal but why do they put something in a unit that no one seems to know how to use it or even the password?

Hey everyone I also have a 2015 vibe 308bhs that has the small iPod control the password is preset to 0000.
Mine also has twin grey water valve I found out the hard way that it was messed up I was camping for the first time this summer and went to drain the grey water tank and so at the campground we stayed at had only grey water on site and black was a dump station so I pulled the aft tank and drain the back tank all was good then pulled the forward valve and nothin. I sat there looking at the valves and saying that's not right I need to open this second valve to drain the forward valve so silly me not looking crack the valve and heavy rush of fluid came but not the grey water it was black water so I slam that shut lucky I didn't lose much. So I been fighting with the dealership and sent them photos and they don't understand why the camper is made like this. Here is what my camper looks like. Click image for larger version
