Called the dealer today and my coachmen apex has finally arrived. I will go next week to do initial inspection. I also want to get a slide topper installed .
Well it seemed like a really long time (actually 15 weeks) but it is now in our driveway
We're still learning the operation of everything and accumulating all the needed "accessories"; hoping to go out in a week or so for a shakedown trip.
Thanks everyone for you input and encouragement.
Have/had a few issues; staple through bedroom satellite wire, carpet cut short on slide, few moulding issues. The have are; chair arm is horribly lose, kitchen faucet drips by the arm, shower surround is not glued to the wall and faucets are wrong and when you turn the faucets the entire wall shakes, small hole in canopy
Congrats to you Moosure on the new arrival at your house. I di a PDI last week and will pick mine up this week. I'm doing the same as you in trying to gather up all the things we need.
Congrats to you SoapyDonutz on your new unit. Sorry you have to deal with so many minor issues but it could be worse. I found several minor issues when I did my PDI . The dealer is supposed to be taking care of them this week. We could be dealing with some of the more major problems you read about on these forums. I guess we dodged a bullet.
Thank you, just found a big problem. We upgraded our toilet and and I found it leaking today. This is a problem. Calling dealer tomorrow morning can't have this leaking out the bottom. Every time we step on the peddle I see the water leaking around the black ring of the toilet.
Thank you, yep they showed up today and our leaking Lena is all fixed up. Gasket was pinched when they swapped the upgraded toilet in. We also had no heat blowing and they fixed that up quick also. Got to love Timberview RV in Frankfort IL
